The knives on this page are all made by the stock removal method. That is they are ground to
shape instead of forged. Each blade is cut from a pattern, but is ground free hand, without the aid of any kind of jig. With that in mind, each knife may be slightly different in shape or dimensions. I heat treat each blade using the same method that I use for my forged blades. Before assembly I perform a cutting test, with each blade to make sure it will cut properly and maintain a keen edge. These are tough, using knives at an affordable price.
