Payment
Payment types accepted: Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check. As of 12-02-2020 this website checkout will not accept PayPal. You can still order a knife by contacting me, with your information, at [email protected] and then send PayPal payments to me at that email address.
International Orders/Payments:
Payments from international customers must be made via an international money order (payable in U.S. funds), or a check is acceptable if drawn on a U.S. bank. No products will be shipped until payment has cleared.
Prices include shipping of my choice within the United States. For out of country or other shipping, please email me for shipping cost
Shipping
Once payment is received and cleared, I will ship the knife. Once the knife arrives, you MUST email me that the knife has arrived safely. I will hold the funds for a period of 5 calendar days. This period is to allow you (the customer) to evaluate the knife and ensure you are 100% satisfied. Email me with your decision as to whether you will keep the knife or return it. If I do not hear from you within 5 calendar days of you receiving the knife/knives, I will deposit the funds, and will only accept a return based on my guarantee. (See Guarantee). If you wish to return the knife, notify me within the 5 day inspection period. You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance. Upon receiving the knife, and finding it in "as shipped" condition, I will refund your money.
Return Policy
All knives come with a 5 day inspection period. It is intended to allow the customer to evaluate the knife/knives they have purchased, to ensure they meet with 100% customer approval. I will enclose a copy of this policy with each knife that shipped. If you would like a copy of this policy prior to purchasing, let me know and I will be happy to send it via email.
Guarantee
I stand by my knives and will repair or replace, at my option, any knife that fails, under normal use, for as long as I am physically able to do so. I will not be responsible for any knife failure due to abuse or misuse. Although I use stabilized materials, whenever possible, due to climate change and other factors beyond my control, I cannot guarantee wood, horn, antler, or other natural materials against warping, cracking, or deterioration.
